Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Principal Antenna Test Electronics Engineer to lead cross-discipline teams on RF, electrical, and mechanical test equipment projects. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, supplier coordination, and progress briefings across multiple test cells for a program or product.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years in engineering or testing, proficiency in C++, Python, and MATLAB, and active U.S. government clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a STEM field (EE preferred).
• Minimum 8 years in Engineering or Test; Master’s adds 5+ years.
• Requires active U.S. Government Secret Clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, MATLAB; experience with RF/test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams during design, manufacturing, and delivery of test equipment projects.
• Develop project execution plans and maintain schedules.
• Work with suppliers and articulate project requirements.
• Brief leadership on progress and manage fast-paced, diverse assignments.
• Troubleshoot RF issues in advanced antenna systems and automate test processes.
