Job summary

Hatzel & Buehler Inc in Columbus, OH seeks a Revit Electrical Lead Modeler to own and coordinate the BIM model from kickoff through closeout. You will interface with project management and field teams while directing Associate and Support Modelers to ensure model quality and standard conformance.

The role requires strong Revit, MEP, and Navisworks skills, with leadership in coordination and prefabrication readiness. Office-based with site interaction as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Revit electrical modeler in a BIM coordination environment.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, eVolve MEP, Autodesk Forma, and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience coordinating with multiple trades in a BIM environment.
• Ability to direct, review, and mentor Associate and Support Modelers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revit electrical model from kickoff through coordination closeout and maintain quality.
• Set up the project model per H&B standards and manage revisions and documentation.
• Lead trade coordination meetings and resolve clashes with cost-effective solutions.
• Direct and review the work of Associate and Support Modelers assigned to the project.
• Complete project responsibilities within scope, budget, and schedule and communicate status.
