Job summary

Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center, Llp is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the full revenue cycle from patient intake to final payment. You will lead billing, A/R, denials management, and compliance initiatives to maximize reimbursement and cash flow.

You will supervise staff, partner with physicians and payers, develop policies, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced clinical setting in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive medical revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in physician practices, orthopedics, or multispecialty settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and back-end revenue cycle functions including registration, insurance verification, coding, billing, A/R, denials, and collections.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor billing accuracy, timely claim submission, reimbursement, and collections.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase revenue, and reduce denials.
