Maverik leads the way in convenient adventures. The Lead Retail Team Member role in Norwalk, IA is a full-time position cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store. You’ll lead floor operations, support teammates, and ensure a great customer experience with GET (Greet, Engage, Thank).

You must be 21+, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays. Food handler permit may be required by local rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor and support team members and customers.
• Assist with daily store operations: stocking, organization, inventory control, cash handling, and reporting.
