Maverik is seeking a Lead Retail Team Member in Riverton, UT to lead on the floor, support store operations, and cover busy shifts. This full-time role combines Food Service and Front-of-Store duties, offering growth opportunities and a clear path to leadership as you help deliver great customer experiences.

You’ll model Maverik’s GET: Greet, Engage, and Thank, supervise teammates, manage tasks, stock, cash handling, and reporting. Must be 21+, flexible schedule, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Flexible Schedule: stores are 24/7 and may require nights, weekends, holidays.
• Food Handler Permit, if required by the applicable store, county, or jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET: Greet, Engage, and Thank customers while delivering prompt, friendly service.
• Leadership & Team Support: lead on the floor and support teammates and customers.
• Support Daily Store Operations: keep store stocked, organized, manage inventory, cash handling, shift checkout, and reporting.
