Job summary

Maverik in Deming, NM is seeking a LeadRetail Team Member to support store operations, oversee shift duties, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Starting pay ranges from $15.52/hr to $17.52/hr with opportunities for growth and advancement.

As a full-time team member, you’ll lead training, assist with inventories, and keep checkout operations smooth while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe, compliant store operations.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
