Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Lead Retail Team Member in Gretna, NE. The starting pay is $17.33–$19.33 per hour for a full-time shift, with growth opportunities and a path to leadership.

You’ll support store operations, rotate responsibilities, and help ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering great service. Ideal candidates are 21+, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
