Maverik in Idaho is seeking a Lead Retail Team Member to support store operations, oversee shift duties, and ensure compliance with all sales and safety regulations. This full-time role offers starting pay of $15.52/hr - $17.52/hr and opportunities for career growth.

You will lead orientation and training, manage inventory, and run the register when needed, while delivering excellent customer service and preparing Maverik Bonfire items for display.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
