Burlington Stores in Stamford, CT is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house team and coordinate merchandise flow from receiving to the sales floor. This role works closely with Store Management to drive results and develop strong teams.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or off-price setting.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead back of house operations: receiving, unloading, sorting merchandise and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection to prevent shortages and promote safety for customers and associates.
• Direct and assist associates; plan workload and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and support store leadership.
