Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandiser role in New Hampshire. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory to boost sales. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• 18 years or older required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• 1-2 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Able to record work using a smartphone/tablet after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
