Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs across Concord, NH. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling, while onboarding new hires and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Training is provided with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or hands-on displays preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and schedule teammates.
• Comfort with inventory tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to optimize product visibility.
• Reset shelves and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores.
• Support leadership with reporting on store performance.
• Assist training and onboarding of new hires.
• Help with scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
