Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Lead Installer to plan, lead, and execute multi-phase retail installations with on-site coordination with GCs and site supers. You will drive projects from pre-planning to sign-off, guiding teams and ensuring safety, quality, and schedules meet demanding deadlines.

You’ll be traveling and working nights and weekends as needed, applying strong communication to keep clients and stakeholders informed and confident in the work being done.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-phase installs from logistics meeting through sign-off.
• Trains and mentors installers to achieve high performance.
• Expertise in structural rigging, anchoring, and fastening across varied materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phase retail, event, or commercial installs from the first logistics meeting through sign-off.
• Coordinate with GC on site and maintain good relations without conflict.
• Oversee install teams and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
