Job summary

Levy Sector at Auburn University is seeking a Lead Retail Clerk to support daily store operations and guide retail staff. You will assist customers, process transactions, restock merchandise, and maintain displays on site at the university.

You will monitor inventory, help train team members, and open or close the store while contributing to sales and service goals. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Job Summary

A Lead Retail Clerk supports daily store operations while providing guidance to retail staff and delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include assisting customers, processing transactions, restocking merchandise, maintaining store displays, monitoring inventory, opening or closing the store, and helping train team members. This role also addresses routine customer concerns and supports the supervisor in meeting sales and operational goals.
