Job summary

Compass Group USA, servicing Auburn University, is seeking a Lead Retail Clerk to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will guide retail staff, process transactions, restock merchandise, and help train team members.

A Lead Retail Clerk supports daily store operations while providing guidance to retail staff and delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include assisting customers, processing transactions, restocking merchandise, maintaining store displays, monitoring inventory, opening or closing the store, and helping train team members. This role also addresses routine customer concerns and supports the supervisor in meeting sales and operational goals.
