Dollar General Corporation is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Stocker who can lead in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will assist in plan-o-gram implementation, stock merchandise, and deliver exceptional customer service while protecting assets and reducing losses.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (add/subtract/percentages).
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability.
• Ability to operate IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of safety policies and practices.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain plan-o-grams and displays.
• Stock and rotate merchandise on shelves; assist customers in locating items.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and bag merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide exemplary customer service at the front end.
• Keep store clean and safe; follow SOPs and loss prevention practices.
