Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA to support daily retail operations, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service. You will lead a small team, train associates, execute events and CRM activities, and manage inventory and merchandising with rigor.

• Minimum 3 years in a client service role.
• Minimum 2 years of retail store management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service on the floor to meet goals.
• Develop and retain repeat clients to drive sales.
• Recruit, train and coach a team of associates and support managers.
• Plan in-store events, CRM activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee product placement, visual merchandising and space optimization.
• Manage inventory receipt, transfers and returns, and store organization.
