Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as role model to Ambassadors.
• Assist with POS transactions including refunds and returns.
• Support cash-in/cash-out processes.
• Assist with opening and closing processes, ensuring all checklists are complete.
• Maintain coverage and breaks as needed per schedule.
• Support Ambassadors with direction to ensure premium guest service and store standards.
• Maintain visual standards and follow plan‑o‑grams set by planners.
