Job summary

The Coca-Cola Store in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Lead Retail Ambassador to greet guests, handle POS transactions, and help stock and merchandise on the sales floor.

You will support associate managers, ensure opening/closing checklists, and maintain store standards while delivering outstanding guest service. This full-time role offers weekend/holiday shifts and a pay range of $38,032–$43,465 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience within a fast-paced/experiential retail environment.
• Previous supervisory experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model to the Ambassadors.
• Support Associate Managers with answering radio calls and guest queries.
• Assist with cash-in and cash-out process.
• Assist with opening and closing process, ensuring all checklists are complete.
• Maintain ambassador coverage and manage breaks and lunches as needed.
• Assist Ambassadors with POS transactions including refunds/returns.
• Provide direction to ensure premium guest service and store standards.
• Respond to guest experience recovery situations following guidelines.
