RestoPros of North Boston is hiring an experienced Lead Restoration Technician to manage water mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration/mitigation, IICRC WRT certification, and strong moisture/drying experience. Mold remediation skills and precise documentation are required. This role includes training junior staff and communicating with homeowners and insurers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restoration/mitigation experience.
• IICRC WRT certification required; ASD/AMRT a plus.
• Strong water mitigation and structural drying experience.
• Mold remediation experience is essential.
• Excellent documentation and photo-taking skills.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish.
• Perform demolition and removal of affected materials.
• Set up, monitor and place drying equipment.
• Take accurate moisture readings and maintain dry logs.
• Document daily monitoring and progress photos for claims.
• Handle mold remediation and antimicrobial applications.
• Follow containment, HEPA vacuuming and cleaning procedures.
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters and project managers.
