Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Northwood, OH is seeking an Experienced Water Restoration Professional to lead restoration projects from start to finish, specializing in water damage mitigation, applied structural drying, and mold remediation.

The role requires 2+ years in a lead role, active IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, MRS, or CCT), excellent communication, and a strong work ethic. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current or recently expired IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, AMRT, MRS, or CCT.
• Minimum of two years in a lead role within water restoration.
• Excellent communication and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in water damage mitigation, including drying and mold remediation.
• Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters to ensure success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
