Job summary

SERVPRO of Minnetonka/Team Clemente is seeking a Restoration Crew Lead to coordinate, monitor, and perform restoration work, leading crews on water mitigation projects and ensuring top quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have years of experience in restoration/construction, an IICRC certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50–100 lb and work in tight spaces while following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in restoration and construction.
• IICRC certification is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate restoration projects and monitor progress.
• Lead crews on residential and commercial water mitigation jobs.
• Ensure safety and OSHA guidelines are followed on site.
• Document job files and communicate progress with clients and management.
