Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team and build something meaningful from the ground up, with paid training and certifications.

In this role you’ll perform expert water/mold/fire remediation and carpet cleaning, communicate clearly with customers, and keep logs and equipment in top shape. If you have 1–3 years of restoration experience and leadership potential, apply today.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in water/mold/fire restoration (remediation).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) a bonus.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Tech-savvy for mobile daily reports.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and take ownership.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level water/mold/fire remediation and carpet cleaning.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Lead by example and be a team player.
• Open to cross-training in carpet cleaning services.
