You will lead, train, and support technicians, ensure safety, quality, and documentation, and coordinate with customers while managing company vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in restoration or related field.
• Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable and willing to learn.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing field work.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside technicians in the field.
• Manage job quality, productivity, safety, and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Maintain assigned company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Train and support technicians on your crew.
• Participate in our emergency response rotation as scheduled.
