Qualifications

• Experience in restoration with fire/water damage, mold remediation and asbestos abatement.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks.
• Knowledge of construction processes for repair and rebuilding after damage.
• Familiar with cleaning for fire damage, water extraction, mold removal.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects involving fire damage, water intrusion, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and environmental hazards.
• Oversee the use of hand and power tools to perform cleaning, demolition, and reconstruction safely and efficiently.
• Assess damage sites to develop effective restoration plans aligned with industry practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, including hazardous materials handling.
• Communicate with clients to explain procedures, progress, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work, materials, and milestones for accountability and quality.
