Lightspeed Restoration of Middletown is seeking a Lead Technician to perform hands-on water, mold, and fire restoration while guiding a crew on site in Middletown and Monmouth County. You’ll manage jobs from start to finish, ensure safety, and uphold high-quality workmanship.

You’ll work closely with the owner from day one, shaping operations, driving efficiency, and earning certifications that pave the path toward supervisory roles as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in home services, restoration, or construction.
• Ability to run a job independently end-to-end.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on restoration work: mold remediation, water damage, fire restoration, and HVAC/dryer vent cleaning.
• Run new jobs start to finish: assess site, complete docs, communicate findings, and see to completion.
• Lead and manage crew production quality, costs, and timelines for safe, timely, profitable delivery.
