Restoration Technician Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services. Provide coaching and mentorship to fellow teammates, creating a positive learning environment primed for sustained growth.

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers. (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Lead Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.)
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician's daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
