Position: Lead Restoration Technician

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Restoration Experience
• Ability to lead a crew of 2 or more people
• Power Tool use and knowledge
• Proficient in using technology
• Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with 4 years of driving history - Must have a clean driving record
• Clean background check - NO FELONY CRIMINAL HISTORY!! IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU, DO NOT APPLY!

Preferred Qualifications:

• DOT or CDL license
• IICRC Certifications (WTR, FSRT, AMRT, ASD, etc.)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and skillfully execute work orders
• Communicate daily with Division Manager and Project Managers, updating on project status, and notifying of any changes
• Perform initial assessments and structure stabilization for emergency losses
• Provide photo documentation of work performed
• Assemble and disassemble equipment, document and report equipment outputs
• Lead and supervise crew members on-site
• Execute water damage restoration: Extraction, drying, demolition and contents manipulation
• Execute mold remediation: Treatment, demolition, equipment set-up, and containment
• Execute fire/smoke remediation: Structural cleaning, content manipulation, demolition
• Safely operate company vehicles to and from jobsites
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service losses (this includes after-hours, weekends and holidays)
• Provide exceptional customer service and work as a team
• Other duties assigned

• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
• On-call Rotation
• Weekend Availability
