Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management.
• Residential and/or commercial construction background.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, smartphones, and project management software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as project demands require.
• An established network of trusted subcontractors that you can leverage immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects simultaneously.
• Visit job sites to assess damage and develop project scopes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and project timelines.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and consultants.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout each project.
• Perform routine job site inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Resolve project challenges quickly while keeping customers informed.
• Complete punch lists and ensure projects close efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and compliance records.
• Utilize technology and project management software to keep projects organized.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
