The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and you must be 21+. Work hours include a 2:00 pm to close shift on a rotating 3-week schedule, about 45 hours weekly, with hourly pay of $15.50–$16.00 and a bi-weekly bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness; ensure store policies are followed.
• Support a rotating schedule and meet shift coverage requirements.
