Qualifications

• Must have retail management experience.
• Requires 21+ years old.
• Valid driver license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of store/restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and lead store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
