Banyan Pulmonary Services seeks a Respiratory Therapist to support residents across nearby partner facilities with travel between sites. You will provide hands-on care, monitor outcomes over weeks, and collaborate with nursing and physicians while enjoying autonomy in the building.

Formación

• Active state and national RT license in good standing (RRT or CRT).
• Graduate of an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program.
• Current BLS (or within 30 days of hire).
• ACLS if working ventilator units (or within 6 months of hire).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on respiratory care — nebs, assessments, airway clearance, and more
• Track resident progress and adjust care plans over time
• Partner directly with nursing and physicians to improve outcomes
• Be the respiratory expert in the building
