Banyan Pulmonary Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to lead respiratory care in a post-acute setting. You will provide hands-on therapy, track progress, adjust care plans, and collaborate with nursing and physicians to improve resident outcomes.

This role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-based care, and building a new model of care where outcomes matter. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Current state and national Respiratory Therapist licensure in good standing.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification if working with residents in ventilator units (or obtain within six months of hire).

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on respiratory care (nebs, assessments, airway clearance, etc.).
• Track progress and adjust care plans.
• Work directly with nursing + physicians to improve outcomes.
• Be the respiratory expert in the building.
