Job summary

HCA Florida UCF Lake Nona Hospital is seeking a Lead Respiratory Therapist to supervise shifts and oversee patient treatment in the Respiratory department.

The role requires NBRC-RRT certification, state license, and current BCLS/ACLS/PALS credentials, with 3 years of experience and a degree.

You will contribute to high-quality patient care in a busy, integrated healthcare system and participate in ongoing education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience required.
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides shift supervision and monitors day to day assessment, treatment and services within the Respiratory department.

What qualifications you will need:

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RRT/CRT-State License) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner required
• Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree required
• 3 years experience required
