Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with two years ICU, Neonatal and/or ER experience preferred.
• Lead/supervisor experience or progression in leadership abilities may be considered for HM.
• Licensure and certification requirements are listed in the knowledge and certifications section.

Responsibilities

• Organize work schedules and assign tasks for the team.
• Review time cards for accuracy and conduct quality assurance audits.
• Develop and implement quality improvement activities for the department.
• Mentor staff and provide feedback on performance and development needs.
• Serve as department liaison between management, staff and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
