Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) NBRC certification or within 3 months of hire.
• BLS certification from the AHA or ARC upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification from the AHA or ARC upon hire and maintained.
• PALS certification from the AHA or ARC upon hire and maintained or within 60 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care with age-specific considerations.
• May be Lead RCP and supervise the section during shift.
