Job summary

PIH Health Hospital seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner to independently deliver therapeutic respiratory care to a group of patients, following policies and procedures. You will respond to code blue emergencies and serve as Lead RCP in the absence of the Lead, ensuring compliance with California standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in respiratory care, a California RCP license (NBRC RRT), BLS/ACLS/PALS, and will obtain LA City Fire Card within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to code blue/emergency situations and act as Lead Respiratory Care Practitioner in the absence of the Lead.

• Deliver individualized quality respiratory care services through a coordinated team approach with physicians, staff, and other departments.
• Comply with California standards for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
