Job summary

Y.A.P.A. Apartment Living Program Inc in Sinking Springs, PA, seeks a Lead Residential Advisor (Lead RA) to oversee Member residential living arrangements, safety, cleanliness, and medication room oversight.

You will supervise Residential Advisors, provide monthly supervision, and ensure documentation in patient records and MCO requirements. The role requires a High School Diploma, at least one year of supervisory experience, and experience with medication oversight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One year supervisory experience required.
• Experience with medication oversight/observation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid, non-commercial driver's license with clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Roving and inspecting residences and supporting ADLs.
• Provide supervision and training to Residential Advisors, including monthly supervision.
• Ensure completion of facilities and medication management activities (disaster drills, checklists, logs).
• Document all Member interactions in DAP format by end of shift.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate groups and document within 24 hours.
• Support transportation of Members to appointments as directed.
• Monitor Member medication self-administration and conduct observations.
• Participate in phone coaching/crisis management and escalation when needed.
