Qualifications

5+ years of experience in residential renovations and replacements, including interior and exterior work.
Minimum 2 years in a foreman or lead role.
Proficiency in general carpentry, finish work, and exterior systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead residential renovation and replacement projects from start to finish.
Supervise crews; manage daily jobsite activities for safety, cleanliness, productivity, and schedule.
Review blueprints and scopes before project start; coordinate materials and subcontractors as needed.
Perform and oversee work including demolition, framing, finish carpentry, siding, windows and roofing.
Serve as on-site contact for homeowners with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor progress, crew hours, material usage, and report to Project Manager.
