The role blends on-site leadership with project administration, including estimating, scheduling, and coordinating helpers.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, material procurement, jobsite supervision, and ensuring safety and quality standards, while acting as the primary on-site

Qualifications

• Residential carpentry and handyman experience.
• Experience in project management, estimating, or running job sites.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of hauling gear.
• Must possess standard personal power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed cost estimates, procure materials, manage timelines, and keep projects on budget.
• Direct, supervise, and train helpers and laborers, maintaining quality control and jobsite safety.
• Perform high-quality structural framing, finish carpentry, window/door installations, dry-rot repairs, and handyman troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact, providing regular updates to property owners.
