Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Plumbing Service Manager or Lead Plumber.
• Experience with residential plumbing service, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Business Development to plan growth for the service business.
• Handles customer inquiries for plumbing service opportunities and tech support.
• Prepares cost estimates and proposals for plumbing projects.
• Assigns technicians and manages the schedule for service work.
• Communicates scope of work and technical requirements to technicians.
• Supports daily field operations and service team performance.
