You will install sewer and water lines, water heaters (traditional and tankless), and water treatment systems while maintaining safety and code compliance. Join a team investing in training, tools, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Experience with sewer line replacement, water line replacement, water heater installation, and tankless water heater installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify effective solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience as a Lead Installer or in a comparable role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing installation and replacement projects.

Position Summary

As a Lead Residential Plumber / Plumbing Installer, you will lead residential plumbing installation and replacement projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for completing high-quality plumbing work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and local codes.

Location: Office based in Roxboro, NC - Servicing Durham, NC and surrounding areas

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM until work is complete
• Full-Time
