Qualifications
- Valid Texas plumber license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in residential service plumbing.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software preferred.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to mentor Apprentice Plumbers and coach team members.
Responsibilities
- Operate a company-provided service vehicle with an Apprentice Plumber on calls.
- Utilize ServiceTitan and iPad to manage work orders and documentation.
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences with professional service.
- Collaborate with HVAC and Electrical teams for complete home solutions.
- Mentor and train Apprentice Plumbers with hands-on instruction.
