Dilling Heating Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing is seeking a skilled residential Lead Plumbing Installer who takes pride in delivering top-notch service to our customers. You’ll collaborate with the Installation and Repipe teams to complete installations, repipes, or system upgrades, ensure code compliance, mentor assistants, and document work while maintaining tools and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of residential plumbing installation and repiping experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe department to ensure timely and precise installation following company standards and procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Analyze work orders, adhere to daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively address problems
• Maintain a full stock inventory for each job
• Document work performed following company procedures
• Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
• Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
