Job summary

Edelman, LLC is seeking a Lead Plumbing Installer to manage complex residential projects in Champaign, IL. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed; compensation: $25–$45/hour commensurate with experience. Must have a Illinois Plumbing License and at least 6 years of install work.

You will lead the crew, train assistants, ensure code compliance, and manage job site logistics from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of residential plumbing install experience.
Valid Illinois Plumbing License required.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
Valid driver's license with insurability.

Responsibilities

Own the installation of complex residential plumbing projects from start to finish.
Lead the crew, train assistants and junior installers.
Provide on-the-spot solutions to work plan challenges.
Ensure installations comply with Illinois Plumbing Code.
Maintain clear homeowner communication and site cleanliness.
Handle checklists, material orders, and inventory.
