Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee multi-unit residential property operations at Terra Vida in Mesa. You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and quality in daily tasks.

The role requires 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property experience, a high school diploma, and aptitude for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks. Excellent communication and vendor negotiation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating work.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance staff and training.
• Repairs and maintains HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry as needed.
