Gillette Heating and Air in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking a Residential HVAC New Construction Field Supervisor to lead field crews from rough-in to startup on multiple residential projects. This hands-on leadership role blends fieldwork with team development and coordination with builders to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.

The ideal candidate has extensive residential HVAC experience, a proven ability to lead crews, and a drive for excellence in safety and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews on residential HVAC new construction projects
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC rough-ins, trim-outs, duct systems, and equipment installation
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for multiple residential construction projects
• Mentor Lead Installers, installers, and apprentices to improve quality and productivity
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and jobsite priorities to keep projects on schedule
• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with quality standards, specs, and codes
