Qualifications

• 4 years of Lead Residential HVAC installation experience (Required).
• EPA Certification and HVAC degree or equivalent training.

• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation

• $50k-$150k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)

You’re the expert in the home — and we treat you like one.

What You Bring

• 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience (Required)
• 1 weekend per month on call (Saturday and Sunday)
• EPA CertificationHVAC degree or equivalent training
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• A professional attitude and pride in your work
• Preferred: experience with installing geothermal systems and boilers
