Key Responsibilities

• System Installation
• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
• Team Collaboration
• Oversee and support junior installers and apprentices on site.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to promote development and safety.
• Customer Service
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during installs.
• Explain system operation and maintenance to homeowners post-installation.
• Project Management
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Manage tools, materials, and timelines efficiently to meet or exceed install schedules.
• Quality & Safety
• Perform work with precision and quality control.
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocols during installations.
  

Qualifications

• Required: EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system layouts, electrical wiring, brazing, and refrigerant charging
• Ability to read blueprints and install according to design specs
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship
