• Ability to lift 75lbs or more and climb ladders.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full HVAC installation skills including equipment removal and installation.
• Work with inspectors and suppliers to ensure project compliance.
• Review equipment operation with customers post-installation.

The essential function of our Residential HVAC Lead Installer is to deliver excellence in customer service as they efficiently perform high-quality installations.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out full HVAC installation skills such as: equipment removal and installation of new, duct repair and/or replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal), soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and charging, recovering and reclaiming refrigerant, measuring refrigeration system parameters (gas pressures and temperatures, etc.), calculating static and CFM delivery, carrying out basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.
• Basic diagnoses of HVAC systems will be required at times.
• Upon completion of Installation, review the equipment operation modes with the customer and have the ability to teach and explain how to operate all of the system features to confirm satisfaction and understanding.

Compensation:

• $25/hr- $37/hr + Monthly Performance BONUS$750 - $6000 = $73K-138K/yr
