Job summary

Albiero Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to install, maintain and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductwork. You will perform load calculations, inspect sites, and ensure safe, code-compliant installations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team, while delivering exceptional service to customers in the West Bend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification is .

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to determine appropriate HVAC system placement.
• Install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems.
• Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity of HVAC units.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Comply with all safety protocols and HVAC codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of installations and projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
